Compelled by a desire to work outside in the natural environment of his native Arizona, Jared began his landscaping career in 1999. The company began humbly with a hands-on, hardworking approach to every project. These same values are evident in every Element project today; Jared is involved at every stage of each project. Nothing gives him more professional satisfaction than working with clients to understand their dreams and bring that vision to life.
